Thank you for shopping at Elora Decor. We take pride in delivering handcrafted furniture with care and efficiency. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. You’ll be notified via email if this occurs.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India, including remote areas and towns.

Note: International shipping is not available at this time.


Delivery Time & Carriers

  • Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days, depending on the destination.

  • We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.


Furniture Delivery & Installation

  • Large furniture items are shipped via surface logistics (road transport).

  • Free doorstep delivery is included for most pin codes.

  • Assembly (if required) is provided by our partner carpenter team or instructions are included.


Shipping Charges

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹5,000.

  • Orders below ₹5,000 may incur a flat shipping charge, shown at checkout.


Packaging

All products are packed with protective layers (bubble wrap, corner guards, etc.) to prevent damage during transit. Our furniture is shipped knock-down or pre-assembled, based on the item type.


Order Changes

To update your shipping address or modify an order, please contact our team within 24 hours of placing the order at:

Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

Elora Decor is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Political disturbances

  • Local transport strikes

  • Lockdowns or government restrictions

However, we will always try our best to coordinate timely delivery and keep you informed.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If the delivery is attempted and no one is available at the location:

  • The courier may retry the next business day

  • After 2 failed attempts, the item may be returned and re-delivery charges may apply
