For in-stock items, delivery takes around 5–10 business days. Custom-made pieces are delivered within 4–8 weeks, depending on complexity.

Yes, for select locations we provide professional assembly. Otherwise, most furniture comes with simple, easy-to-follow instructions.

We work with premium hardwoods like teak, suar, mango, acacia, and ethically sourced rattan and bamboo — depending on the design.

Returns are accepted within 7 days for non-custom items, provided they’re unused and in original packaging. Custom pieces are non-returnable unless damaged.
