Refund & Returns Policy
At Elora Decor, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure our furniture meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. Below is our policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility

Non-Custom Products:
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order for any ready-made (non-customized) product. Items must be:-
In unused condition

In their original packaging

Free from damage or signs of use

Custom Products:
Since custom furniture is made specifically for you, returns or refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your request quickly:

Take clear photos of the damaged areas and packaging

Share your order ID and issue details at info@eloradecor.com
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the damage.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

The refund will be issued to your original method of payment

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
4. Cancellations

Ready-made items can be cancelled before dispatch with no penalty.

Custom orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this, materials and production may already be underway.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible), and place a new order.
